The thesis is focused on creating business plan to establish a new cafe, which will be located in the new shopping center on the Czech-Austrian border in Hatě. In the first part of the thesis are captured the theoretical bases needed for creating a business plan. The second part of the thesis is focused on individual analysis. In the last part of the thesis are created proposal of steps and measures for the implementation of the business plan including its evaluation.

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and proposed of changes in the information system of the recruitment agency SourceFirst International s.r.o. The first part is focused to theoretical knowledge of the issue and description of analyses that will be used in the second part for information system HCL Lotus Notes. Based on the results of these analyses, current shortcomings will be identified, which will make the background for suggestion of changes to eliminate them or minimize their impact on company.

Uher, L. Impact of external factors on sales and development of electric vehicles in selected EU countries. Bachelor Thesis. Brno: Mendel university in Brno, 2018. The main issue of this Bachelor´s thesis is a determination of external factors in-fluencing electric vehicles sales and evaluation the main reasons in differences between sales figures of this type of vehicles among EU countries. The theoretical part covers evaluation of the influence of transport on environment with regula-tions and targets of EU in a transportation sector. Furthermore, this part contains information about sales figures of electric vehicles. The practical part focuses con-sequently on examination of the connections between the listed factors and elec-tric vehicles sales by PEST analysis. The conclusion brings the evaluation of the acquired results and potential of future sales increase of electric vehicles among the listed countries.

Goal of the bachelor thesis is to come up with the strategy of activities leading to development of public relations for Southwestern Advantage in Brno. Thesis is divided into 3 sections. First one is theoretical where author is citing information and phrases from important resources. Second analytical part describes the situation, factors influencing PR of the company as well as its strengths and weaknesses. Practical part puts together recommendations based on analysis and puts together a strategy of development of PR for the group. All activities are focused on main groups with the goal of sharing positive information and creating positive opinion about this opportunity.

THE MARKETING STRATEGY OF A COMPANY LULULEMON FOR IMPLEMENTATION BRAND TO CZECH MARKET Objectives: The thesis is focused on preparing the marketing strategy for Canadian company Lululemon which would like to expand to Czech market. This document will be used as an important support for the company while entering on a Czech market. Methods: Based on results of situational analysis is formed optimal marketing strategy for the company to expand on Czech market. In thesis I used methods of analysis of macro environment and micro environment, Porter five forces analysis and SWOT analysis, which identify internal and external environment of company. I also used method of personal questionnaire. Results: According to PEST analysis the situation in Czech Republic is stable and signal the safety and future profitability for Lululemon company. If company wants to compete with the known sports brands they have to invest more money to mass propagation and open new stores. This Diploma thesis covers the topic of marketing strategy of the Czech company GRANO Skuteč spol. s r.o. for entering the Austrian market. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is focused on the process of planning a marketing strategy a of a building construction company. The practical part deals with the particular case of planning the marketing strategy for the company GRANO Skuteč spol. s r.o. Analyzes of the macro and micro environment are used to find the best solution, which recommended at the end of the thesis.
